Policy Options for Reducing Oil Consumption

In 2006 President Bush issued a call to use technology to break America's addiction to oil.

Having been assigned the Energy and Technology sectors by Peter Lynch and Sam Bodman at Fidelity, I felt that  I could contribute to the policy debate.

I returned to the Harvard Kennedy School as Senior Fellow and helped launch the Innovation in Transportation project.

On December 19th, 2007 the President signed the Energy Independence and Secuirty Act of 2007, hailed as the the most significant piece of energy legislation in the last 30 years.
